Traditional Pecan Pie

3 eggs

1 cup corn syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 cup of sugar

1 pinch of salt

1 cup Mère Nature raw pecans

1 unbaked pie crust

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pecans.

2. When everything is mixed, put the pecans in the bottom of the pie shell and pour the mixture over the pecans. Bake at 350°F for about 50 minutes. Note: if the edges start to brown too much, cover the pie with aluminum foil. The pie will be ready when the center is set but a little soft. Do not overcook. Let cool and garnish with a few pecans on top.
