The price of products on the online store may differ from the price of products in stores.

Aliments Merci does not guarantee the availability of the products offered. If we are unable to deliver one or more products ordered due to a stock shortage, the customer will be notified of this fact by email with the following options:

1.Hold the order and receive it when the product(s) become available
2.Cancel the order and refund in part or in full for the unavailable products

– Method of payment

Aliments Merci reserves the right to verify, with the institutions entitled to provide this information, the validity of any credit card that could potentially be fraudulent before approving a transaction and shipping an order. If the card creates a doubt as to its validity, Aliments Merci can refuse to proceed with the transaction. It is the same with the other methods of payment.

RETURN POLICY

It is possible to return your merchandise within 30 days following the date of receipt of your order. Products must be intact and in their original packaging. For a damaged item or an error in the order, you have 5 days following the reception of the merchandise to communicate with our customer service by email or by phone at 514-955-7295 ext. 228 from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 4 pm.

The refund will be made to your credit card upon receipt of the product at our warehouse. The products must be intact and in their original packaging. The refund is effective on the value paid by the customer on the product(s) including taxes. In the event that you return your entire order, the initial shipping charges (paid by either the customer or Aliments Merci) will not be refunded.
