Strawberry chutney with balsamic vinegar cream

2 tbsp. butter

5 tbsp. Valli balsamic vinegar cream

4 tbsp of white sugar

2 cups of fresh strawberries

salt and pepper

Pinch of turmeric

Pinch of ginger

Zest of half a lemon

1. Cut the strawberries in half. In a bowl, mix the strawberries, salt, pepper, spices and lemon zest.

2. Heat the butter and sugar in a saucepan. Add strawberries and caramelize over medium heat, stirring constantly (about 6 to 7 minutes).

3. Add the balsamic vinegar cream and cook until the vinegar reduces, stirring constantly.

4. Now you can enjoy this delicious chutney or store it in a sterilized jar.
