Pumpkin Raisin Muffins

2 cups of whole wheat flour

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup white sugar

4 teaspoons Mère Nature baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tbsp. Mère Nature ground cinnamon

1 tsp. Mère Nature ground nutmeg

1 tsp Mère Nature ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup Mère Nature Organic Sultana raisins

1 tbsp. pumpkin puree

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 cups of milk

3 eggs

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Grease muffin tins.

3. Mix oil, eggs, pumpkin puree and milk in a large bowl.

4. In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt and raisins. Add to liquid ingredients.

5. Spoon batter into pans. Bake for about 18 to 22 minutes or until muffins are firm to the touch.
