Pasta salad with sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan

Ingredients
2 cups of shell pasta or fusilli

1/2 cup Mère Nature Sundried tomatoes, chopped

1 cup of diced tomatoes

2 cloves garlic

2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper

Preparation
1. Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan and cook pasta al dente.

2. Combine sundried tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and diced tomatoes.

3. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and return it to the pan with the mixture of all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.

4. When ready to serve, sprinkle with Parmesan shavings and a touch of small salad leaves on top.
