Ingredients
1 cup of flour
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1-1/4 cups milk
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
Preparation
1. Mix flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar and salt in a bowl.
2. Using the soot, make a well in the center and add the 2 eggs and then the milk. Mix until the dough is smooth.
3. Oil a pan and pour a ladleful. Brown on each side. Place seasonal fruits in the center and roll up. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
