Ingredients
1-1/4 cups of flour
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs medium
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons unfiltered Delicia olive oil
Preparation
1. Place flour and salt in a bowl.
2. Make a well and break the two eggs.
3. Mix gently and then add the milk a little at a time to obtain a homogeneous paste.
4. Add the olive oil and mix.
5. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature.
6. In a hot, lightly oiled pan, pour a small ladleful of batter and spread. Cook for a good minute on each side and set aside on a plate. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
7. Garnish pancakes according to taste (fresh fruit, melted chocolate, caramel…)
Sprinkle with Mère Nature organic powdered sugar and serve.
