Homemade organic soy milk

1 cup Mère Nature organic dry soybeans

3 cups of warm water

4 cups of very hot water

Vanilla, honey, cinnamon or nutmeg extract to taste

1. Soak 1 cup of dry beans for about 6 hours in warm water.

2. In a blender, put the beans with 4 cups of warm water until the mixture is homogeneous.

3. Strain and cook the milk over low heat for about 20 minutes.

4. Season to taste with vanilla, honey, cinnamon or nutmeg.

5. This milk can be used for your sweet recipes (pancakes, smoothie, pudding etc.). The possibilities are endless.
