Gnocchi in tomato sauce

680 mL Valli tomato coulis

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 French shallot or medium onion

1/2 cup of fresh basil

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

1/2 cup Mère Nature organic coconut milk

Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the basil and tomato coulis, stir and then add the coconut milk. Stir the gnocchi into your sauce. Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese or fresh parmesan. You will love it!
