Ingredients
3/4 cup Mère Nature Dark Chocolate Chips
3/4 cup Mère Nature butter or coconut oil
1-1/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup Mère Nature crushed raw hazelnuts (optional)
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease 1 8-inch square pan.
3. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter (or coconut oil). When melted, remove from heat, add sugar and mix. Let cool slightly.
4. Then add the 3 eggs and beat quickly so that the chocolate and butter (or coconut oil) do not cook the eggs.
5. When the mixture is homogeneous, add the vanilla, a pinch of salt and the flour.
6. Mix again.
7. Add hazelnuts.
8. Transfer mixture to greased pan and bake for 30 minutes until brownies are soft.
9. Decorate with raspberries or other berries to celebrate Valentine’s Day and serve with vanilla ice cream.
