Coconut Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
1 cup of Mère Nature’s coconut milk

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

1 tbsp. honey

1 tsp. ground flaxseed

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Suggested topping
1 tsp dried bananas, finely chopped

1 tsp. candied ginger, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried blueberries

1 tsp. toasted coconut

Preparation
1. In a blender, combine all smoothie ingredients and puree until very smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add topping. Enjoy immediately.
