Christmas coffee – chocolate and spices

4 cups of coffee

1/2 cup of medium dark chocolate

1 cup of 35% whipped cream

1 whole cinnamon stick

1 tsp. vanilla

2 tbsp. orange zest

1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler

2. Prepare your favorite coffee and pour into a saucepan. Add vanilla, cinnamon, star anise and orange peel. Simmer over low heat (not boiling). Remove spices.

3. Pour the melted chocolate into four clear cups or glasses and add the coffee.

4. Whip the 35% cream with a little orange zest. When ready, add on top of the coffee. Add ground cinnamon or grated chocolate to the cream. You can also add some orange peels.
