Ingredients
Dark chocolate
1 1/2 cups of dark chocolate
1 cup of pretzels, cut into pieces
1 tbsp of maple sugar
Milk chocolate
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate
1/2 cup nougat, cut into cubes
1/3 cup candied orange peel
White chocolate
Fleur de sel
1 1/2 cups white chocolate
1/2 teaspoon matcha tea
1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 tsp. sesame seeds
Preparation
1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a double boiler, melt two-thirds of the chocolate completely, about one cup. Remove from heat and stir in remaining 1/3 of chocolate. Mix with a spatula until all chocolate is melted.
3. Pour onto baking sheet and add topping. Let harden in a cool place or in the refrigerator until the chocolate is completely firm. Break into pieces and enjoy.
note
For white chocolate, stir matcha tea into chocolate at the beginning of the recipe.
