Ingredients
2/3 cup Mère Nature dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup monk fruit sugar or white sugar
1/4 cup butter PLUS 2 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup flour PLUS 2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup grated maple sugar
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 325°F
2. In a small bowl, set aside 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips. In another microwave-safe bowl, place remaining chocolate and butter and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat about 30 seconds at a time until chocolate and butter are completely melted. Add the monk fruit sugar (or white sugar) then whisk the mixture again. Add the eggs and flour, whisking until the mixture is smooth.
3. In four small ramekins of 3 inches in diameter, distribute the mixture.
4. Add the grated cream sugar to the remaining chocolate chips you reserved. Mix and divide into four parts and form into balls. Place one ball in the center of each ramekin. Make sure the balls are covered with dough.
5. Bake for 18 minutes.
6. Let stand for a few minutes before serving and sprinkle with grated maple sugar. A real treat!
