Chia pudding with matcha green tea and coconut milk

Ingredients
1 cup Mère Nature organic coconut milk

3 tbsp of maple syrup

1.5 tbsp Mère Nature matcha green tea powder

1/3 cup Mère Nature organic white chia seeds

Sliced coconut for garnish

Preparation
1. Mix the coconut milk with the maple syrup, matcha green tea powder and white chia seeds.

2. Let stand for about 10 minutes. Mix again so that the chia seeds do not blend together.

3. Pour the mixture into two small ramekins or glasses.

4. Place the 2 containers in the fridge for at least 1 1/2 hours or more.

5. Garnish with sliced coconut.
