Ingredients
3/4 cup soy milk
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon acai powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp white or black chia seeds
2 tbsp buckwheat groats
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 tsp. lime zest
Fresh mint, to taste
Preparation
1. In an airtight container, combine all ingredients except mint. Shake well and refrigerate overnight to allow chia to thicken. Garnish with raspberries and fresh mint and enjoy.
